I am a pro shortstop who has played every defensive position on an MLB field.  I am a firm believer that every ballplayer (regardless of age) should understand how to properly cope with failure in baseball because there is so much of it in this game. In the end, every ballplayer is unique in that he has his own process for defense and offense. I thoroughly enjoy helping athletes develop an outlook and process that will help them become a more confident and relaxed baseball player.
