Jill Dailey is a degreed Kinesiologist and the Founder of the Dailey Method, an alignment based exercise Method that has 48 Studios nationally and internationally. She has 30 years of experience helping people transform their lives through fitness, mindfulness and boutique studio ownership. She bases her teaching on her fitness principles of Align, Engage, Move and thrives to help people find their ultimate physical alignment for any movement modality.
